Newsweek Article: "My Turn: We're Fighting Terror But Killing Freedom"

U.S. v. Awadallah, US Dist Ct, Southern District of NY: held that the indictment against Mr. Awadallah, who was accused of perjury before the grand jury, must be dismissed because of misapplication of the material witness statute and because of governmental misconduct which deprived Mr. Awadallah of his constitutional rights.
